In our introductory consultation, we'll determine your design needs and if this is a mutually good fit. With an understanding of the project scope and compatibility, I will draft a proposal and agreement. Then, the fun part! To learn more about my winning process, hit the "Learn More" button below.

Pricing is dependent on the project scope, but it should be no surprise that interior design on any level is pretty costly. Beyond the complementary discovery call, my consult fee is $450. In general most full projects are a minimum $40,000 budget plus $6000 design/decor fee. The initial consult fee of $450 already paid will be applied to your design/decor balance if you move forward with a full design project. Each full project will come with a scope and proposal including a budget quote. Payments are required upfront.

Timelines depend mostly on the project scope, availability of any necessary contractors, and production/transit time on luxury purchases. Simpler small-scale projects can be as short as a couple of weeks, while larger projects can be months - or even years for a large-scale project.

Yes! I love to do STRs. They can see maximum return on investment and completely alter the guest experience when you tastefully use the “Maine Vibe” to your advantage. Guests will pay top dollar for a true Maine experience.

Sustainability is a frequent consideration. When possible or desirable to the client, I like to source more sustainable materials and products such as antique and vintage pieces, and I can sometimes be found shopping luxury consignment outlets like The RealReal or 1st Dibs, as long as the client approves of some preowned pieces. This helps spare our oceans and landfills, which helps keep beauty on Earth.
